Course Policy Agreement

By submitting your enrollment form and paying the deposit, you agree to the terms and policies outlined below.

1. Booking & Confirmation

Your spot in the course is only confirmed once the deposit has been received. After submission, you will be contacted to confirm your course date, location, and payment details.

2. Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit of €150 is required to secure your booking.

The remaining balance is due on the day of the course via card or cash payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellation

  • You may reschedule your course once, provided you give at least 7 days’ notice.
  • If you reschedule a second time, the deposit will be forfeited.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course date will result in loss of the deposit.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.

4. Course Requirements

  • Students are required to bring a model for practical training unless otherwise stated.
  • If a model is not available, a braiding practice head may be used with prior approval.
  • Students are expected to behave respectfully and follow all studio guidelines during training.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, including materials, methods, videos, and handouts, remains the property of Beautylane Studio.

It is strictly prohibited to copy, share, resell, or distribute any course material without written permission.

Violation of this policy may result in legal action and a fine of €500 per infringement.

6. Liability

Beautylane Studio is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the training.

Students are fully responsible for their own actions and the safety of their model or practice materials.

7. Course Changes by Beautylane Studio

In the event of illness or unforeseen circumstances, Beautylane Studio reserves the right to reschedule the course.

All payments and deposits will remain valid for the new date. If the new date is not suitable, a full refund will be issued.

8. Agreement

By submitting the enrollment form and paying the deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and policies.
